A National Release of a Children’s Book about Interconnectedness! Milwaukee , United States Public

Event Description

“I believe that by talking with children about the idea of interconnectedness, they can discover that the good we do for the world we also do for ourselves. The threads that connect us to each other create the large tapestry of life. By seeing the connection we have to everything and everyone, we widen our compassion, creating a more loving and peaceful planet,” says Skyberg.

The release party will take place at the Arts@Large gallery, located at 908 S. 5th Street, Milwaukee, WI from 4-6pm, where the artwork Andrea created for the book is the feature of a solo art exhibition. Threads That Connect: Fiber Art & Community, showcases all of the artwork from Squircle, which was created in collaboration with five Wisconsin schools, and runs through January 4th. You can view photos of the exhibit and find out more at www.andreaskyberg.com

Bring your children to this unique event where they can learn about the idea of interconnectedness and meet a published author!

Copies of Squircle will be available at the gallery and Andrea will be signing copies during the event.
