Culture that Heals and Revives the Human Spirit Guerneville Public

Event Description

On 12-12-12, we will hold an event at the Guerneville Center of the Center for Sacred Studies that uses the magic of cultural expressions and healing sounds to connect people and co-create an unforgettable experience.

Culture and music that connects and heals people goes beyond mere entertainment and reveals the true mission of the artist – to convey a sense of wholeness and wonder, to express that which is beyond words and to give access to the worlds of energies, emotions and spirituality. This is where true consolation can occur, wounds and broken hearts can be healed and the spirit revived. A person that reconnects with her or his own energy and spirit, also reconnects with the world.

The day’s events will include the unveiling of a new visionary painting created at the Center in November by the artist Minouche,  with the intention of healing the children of the world.  Minouche created the painting “Peace Makers” in honor of the International Council of Thirteen Indigenous Grandmothers.

Join us at the Guerneville Center, or from wherever you are on 12-12-12. Take a moment to appreciate the interconnectedness of us all – take a breath, light a candle, send gratitude and blessings to all sentient beings.

You can even organize your own event on 12-12-12, using the tools and tips on this website.

Here is a video capturing the final work with the visionary painting:
